Zoho Mail and Zoho Workplace give your business affordable professional email plus a full suite of collaboration apps. This guide walks you through activating Zoho with your EnrolWeb domain, verifying ownership, configuring DNS, adding users, and securing your mail.

Set up Zoho with your EnrolWeb domain

Activate your Zoho plan

Sign up for a Zoho Mail or Workplace plan at zoho.com or through your EnrolWeb dashboard. Choose a plan that matches your team size.

Verify your domain with Zoho

Zoho asks you to prove domain ownership. Copy the TXT verification record from Zoho, add it in your EnrolWeb DNS manager, then click Verify in Zoho.

Update MX records

In your EnrolWeb DNS, add Zoho’s MX records so mail is delivered to Zoho. See [Email DNS Records](/Business Email & Collaboration/cant-sign-in-2-2-3-2) for details.

Add users and mailboxes

In the Zoho Mail admin console, click User Details > Add User to create mailboxes. Import multiple users with CSV if needed.

Enable SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

Publish an SPF record authorizing Zoho, enable DKIM in the Zoho admin console and copy the TXT record to EnrolWeb DNS, then add a DMARC policy.
